Terms And Conditions
BY PURCHASING SPARK YOUR ROCKSTAR PRODUCTS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
1. I hereby grant Spark Your Rockstar, LLC, Carolyn Rim, and employees, non-revocable permission to capture my image and likeness in photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other media.
2. I acknowledge that Spark Your Rockstar, LLC will own such Images and Videos further grant Spark Your Rockstar, LLC, permission to copyright, display, publish, distribute, use, modify, print and reprint such Images in any manner whatsoever related to business, including without limitation, publications, advertisements, brochures, web site images, or other electronic displays and transmissions thereof.
3. I forever release and hold Spark Your Rockstar, LLC, its partners, affiliates, and employees harmless from any and all liability arising out of the use of the Images in any manner or media whatsoever, and waive any and all claims and causes of action relating to use of the Images, including without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy rights or publicity.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE: By completing this transaction, I fully understand that my card will be charged $9997. I understand platinum rockstar that includes the event, you will be charged $9997 for the next year. I also understand, regardless of what payment plan I picked, that this is a 12 month non-refundable purchase I am making. All fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. At the end of 12 months or anytime after that, you do have the option to cancel your account at anytime. By proceeding with this transaction I hereby warrant that I have read Spark Your Rockstar, LLC Terms and conditions in its entirety and fully understand its contents.
